CAN NEUER BE THE WORLD BEST?

Manuel Neuer, the goalkeeper who won the World Cup with Germany, will challenge Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi for the Ballon d’Or, soccer’s highest award. He is the first goalkeeper to make the Ballon d’Or top three since 2006.
